1. remove your Co-chair hat
2. submit a formal proposal
{other Co-chairs would drive discussions
regarding that proposal.}
3. i am open to discuss it.
4. we would, eventually end with a rough consensus.
5. the WG would be happy, then :-)
6. one of the duties of Co-chairs is to:
"encourage active participation" {what's the actual
Co-chairs' plan to get more active envolvement?
what means do they have, in order, to succeed?}
