Yes, Denis is making a good point.
The request doesn't seem clear on the reasons to filter that.
Given that the TF recommendation is named “Historical data and personal
data filtering” (not just “Historical data” as in NWI-17), I suspect
their recommendation may have been issued considering that there would
be personal data there.

Looks fine to close NWI-17.
