You could try:

get snapshot for bufferpools on dbname

This will give you a greater level of detail than it sounds like you need, but it will at least be available from the CLP.

I can get them from Control Center.  But i want from Command prompt.  i see only create bufferpool and alter bufferpool command.

I could also get it from SYSCAT.BUFFERPOOLS table...but is there any command to get that.
