You can also select * from syscat.bufferpools.
The columns for db2 7.1 fp2 are:
bpname, bufferpoolid, ngname, npages, pagesize, estore

You could try:

get snapshot for bufferpools on dbname

This will give you a greater level of detail than it sounds like 
you need, but it will at least be available from the CLP.
