fs->atjensen: Hmm - in this case you might have verified the wrong thing :)

The attached document contains a form from which you can programmatically open a
second form. For this second form, a ALWAYS_EXECUTE_NO_WARN is passed. Before
this fixed, this was completely ignored, in that the application behaved as it
were not present at all (the concrete behaviour depends on the security
settings). Now with the fix, it is respected, it that the macros in the second
form are in fact executed, without asking the user.

At least this was the case when I last verified the issue ... Now that I think
about it, I know that MAV tampered with the MacroExecMode inbetween ...
