Left the file as it was uploaded and opened it under Medium ( prompt when not in trusted location ) and High security settings. With the file in both trusted and non-trusted locations. Then I opened form1 and commented out the lines that set com.sun.star.document.MacroExecMode.ALWAYS_EXECUTE_NO_WARN when opening form2 and did it all again.
