Re-reading my original report after 3 (!) years, I think it's quite clear and
complete.

All you need is:

a) an OE / TB address book (obviously)
b) a valid data source (use the Base wizard, I guess there are some help topics
on 'how to')
c) run (and vary) a query similar to the one I described (using
Base|QueryDesigner|SQL View|Run Query)
