As seen in issue 115551, not even a PrePaint/PostPaint solution here is
sufficient. While it would fix the immediate problem, it still would leave the
problem that in general, relying on VCL's Paint for positioning/sizing a control
is not a good idea.
So, once issue 1157754 is properly fixed, this issue here becomes obsolete.
