have responded to the problem that he was having viz., about not being
able to conatact any of the PostgreSQL developers.
Yes, he has. Jeffrey has assigned ownership of DBD::Pg on the CPAN to me. I believe he intends to remain an active developer and contributor to DBD::Pg, though -- and I, for one, welcome his expertise.
