I've got version 11.03 of DBI::Shell installed and it came with DBI 1.32.
Does this signal a change of policy - so DBI::Shell will henceforth be distributed separately from DBI? Or will DBI::Shell still also be distributed as part of DBI, with occasional separate releases? Is version 11.9 of DBI::Shell equivalent to 11.09 or 11.90?
Mainly curious... I've sent this to dbi-dev rather than dbi-users, but consider whether the broader list needs to be notified of a change of policy too.
