I have Windows NT workstation 4.0 and "make" cmd gives me:
---------------
The name specified is not recognized as an
internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
---------------

I downloaded 'nmake15' but this gave me errors when I run it. I tried
this on the prerequisites (DBI,SQL::Statement,Text::CSV_XS) for
DBD::CSV.

Could you help me?

Thanks,
Livia
