If you're using Win32, you should be using ActiveState Perl. With that, you
can install DBI and DBD::Oracle with the PPM command.
You will need at least SQL*Net on your NT machine to use DBD::Oracle. If
you have Oracle 8, install DBI-Oracle8 with PPM.
The current versions are
Perl: 5.6.x
DBI: 1.14
DBD::Oracle: 1.06 (at least)
