did you mean 
use DBI;

Then you are using strict 'use strict' but I see that some vars are not
declared properly with my or our???  Look at the first $dbh.

Then I see a line that says use::dbi ????  What is that, Perl 6, wow???

And why are you trying to use DBI again???

Please see perldoc DBI and mysql.  Also make sure all syntax is correct.
