The following code:

produces the following error messages:
DBD::Pg::st execute failed: ERRO at init_accounts line 163.
Unable to insert fundsource (ERRO)

Here's all the twisty little configuration details:
Platform: AIX 4.2.3
Perl (and therefore DBD::Pg) is compiled with xlc.
PostgreSQL is compiled with gcc.
