If you haven't turned on permissions in Access, I think you have to connect to
it with a username of "Admin" and a password of "". These are the defaults that
ship with MS Access. If you have turned on permissions and taken steps to
secure Access, then make sure you pass the appropriate username and password.

Subject: Can not create an Access Table
I'm using an NT Workstation machine with PWS installed. I'm trying to create
tables in Access and I am getting the error DBD::ODBC::db do failed: [Microsoft]
[ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] You do not have the necessary permissions to use
the '<table name>' object. Have your system administrator or the person who
created this object establish the appropriate permissions for you.
(SQL-42000)(DBD.execute/SQL Execute err=-1) at
D:\InetPub\wwwroot\collect\cgi-bin\codepost.pl line 44. I've checked my
permissions and I have full rights for the folder and file. I am not sure what
else to check. Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks.
