I changed my dsn to use ALL CAPS on the DBI spec (just as a hunch..although the
man page I have shows dbi: instead of DBI:, and I got further...but I get the
following:

DBI->connect(hostname=eddie;port=3334;;dsn=DBI:W32ODBC:PLAY;) failed: 
Constructor didn't return a handl:  at  /bin/sync_v1.pl line 78.

I'm being refused by my dbiproxy server logging in as sa.  The sa user can
successfully log in with no password to the test database called PLAY from the
WIN2K Box, using the DBInfo.pl provided by Dave Roth.  I have Win32::ODBC
installed, have tried that as my database driver, and get rejected by not using
a dbi driver, I've tried W32ODBC as the dbi driver, but that claims that the
driver doesn't exist, and now using dbi:ODBC I get the following:
