I'm sorry, I haven't been following this thread because
I don't use Chilisoft, but I am successfully using DBI
through Perlscript with ASP on IIS servers; so I don't
see why that wouldn't work with Chilisoft.

Look into Perlscript. It's not really an answer to "can ASP implement
