Don't know Spanish, but I don't see suscribe anywhere in your given source.
I don't think Michael is accusing them of being evil, but rather stating
that no matter what, they purposefully do this. We've numerous, almost
daily, threads regarding this. I can't even count them. I am preatty sure
they read at least on of them since all of their messaged seem to have the
same subject line. Please unscribe me. I mean "all of them".

You're accusing people of being evil.
I think it's much simpler. In Latin-based languages, (un)subscribe is
indeed written in a slight variation, *without* the "B".
French: souscrire
Spanish: su(b)scribirse
Italian: sottoscrivere
