While I am trying to install DBI 1.15 on Solaris,
perl Makefile.PL PREFIX=$HOME INSTALLSITELIB=$HOME
INSTALLSITEARCH=$HOME/sun4-solaris
I got this error:

BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at Makefile.PL line 14.
Any explanations?
Why it is looking in /usr/local....
I have only the Perl interpreter on the machine, is there anything extra
needed?
