I've compiled v0.20 of DBD::ODBC with the redbrick odbc drivers (after
making a few changes to the source), but I get this error when I run the
tests.

... and so on for each test.
I have odbc.ini in my redbrick home directory and my environment variables
appear correct.
But I can modify the odbc.ini file or move it and the error does not change.
