Cannot run dbiproxy

Hi, All:
      I met some problems when I want to run dbiproxy. I have installed all
necessary modules. But when I run "dbiproxy --localport 3333 -debug" it shows me
the following messages:

       "Cannot write to /tmp/dbiproxy.pid: No such file or directory at
E:/perl/site/lib/Net/Daemon.pm line 542. at E:/Perl/site/lib/Net/Daemon/Log.pm
line 127".

Could anyone help me for this? I do appreciate your help!!!
