Hi
This is the first time I am using the dbi users group.
Before reporting this problem I surf the web a lot and understand that so many users
has similar problems.
I tried to use the suggestions mentioned and still I am stuck.
My problem is I use BEGIN block in .cgi script to setup ORACLE_HOME,LD_LIBRARY_PATH &
PATH env. variables.
Now I am trying to use dbi module and it is not working from browser.
I also head .pl version of script which is working fine from Solaris 2.6 command
prompt.
My web server is Netscape Enterprise.
I also learned about "nobody" webserver user when you start the webserver. I also
learnt that we can specify the LD_LIBRARY_PATH in the shell of webserver. Frankly
speaking I don't know how to do that and neither do I get web expertise within my
department.
