Hello, We use Oracle 8. We have sql's which have alias more that 30 char long. eg. SELECT EMPLOYEE_NAME AS EMPLOYEE_TABLE_EMPLOYEE_NAME_IN_EUROPE I believe Oracle has a constraint that alias (EMPLOYEE_TABLE_EMPLOYEE_NAME_IN_EUROPE as above) must be less than 30 char long.
