This is the first draft of the PAUSE Administrators' Guide. It's
woefully short, but it's meant to spur discussion. Comments hereby
solicited.
Please note that I'm sending this out to everybody who's a registered
PAUSE administrator instead of to [EMAIL PROTECTED], because it's not for
general consumption.

This document attempts to explain how to administer the PAUSE, and to
document how the PAUSE works. It is arranged in the most practical order.
Thus, instructions for performing specific common tasks are listed first.
Please note that this material is confidential, as it contains information
that could be instrumental in abusing the PAUSE. I<It is only for dissemination
to PAUSE administrators.>

All common tasks start by logging into the PAUSE administrative server. Go
to http://pause.cpan.org/, select `Login', and enter your username and
password.

Select `Add a User or Mailinglist'. Fill in the fields, then click `Insert
most definitely'.

This cannot be done. Tell people `sorry.'
