More perl 5.005 and DBI

I see that when I have the LD_LIBRARY_PATH set to ${ORACLE_HOME}/lib the
scripts work from the command line, but not from a web browser. I didn't
have to have the set before updateing perl/dbi/dbd. I had the
LD_LIBRARY_PATH set when I install DBI/DBD. Is there something obvious I
missed?
