I've tried with libqsmashr.sl and others, to no avail. The latest place I've found that would be libnjni8.sl, and that does not work either. I've looked at the lists, and it seems that everyone that tried to use gcc to build DBD-Oracle on HP-UX have suffered the same problem. Other thing I've noticed: the symbols I've found both in libqsmashr.sl and libnjni8.sl seem to be "placeholders" that depend on other libraries. Also, I've made some progress with libagtsh.sl, but so there are other symbols missing that I can't find nowhere. Suggestions?
