Running

nmake

I've got

Microsoft (R) Program Maintenance Utility Version 1.50

IMPLICIT_SYS -DPERL_MSVCRT_READFIX -O1 -MD -DNDEBUG
-DVERSION=\"1.20\"
-DXS_VERSION=\"1.20\" -IC:\Perl\lib\CORE Pe
rl.c
'cl' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'D:\WINNT\system32\cmd.exe' : return code
'0x1'
Stop.

And often have a trouble

Can't locate cgi-lib.pl in @INC (@INC contains: c:/Perl/lib
c:/Perl/site/lib

What it means?

What I have to do?

Best regards, Lesya
