To install set your repository to above address and then issue command

ppm install DBI-1_201

Otherwise you can install with...

ppm install http://www.xmlproj.com/PPM/DBI-1_201.ppd

Sigh. And using "1.20_1", as I did originally, caused problems
elsewhere.

I'm officially on holiday now so I don't much care either way :-)
In practice I imagine it'll just get more testing that it otherwise
would :)
