Usually, when you want to install a a perl module in windows without having
to compile, you should use PPM to download and install your modules. But,
at least the last time I checked, there was no PPM package DBD::Pg for
windows ActivePerl. What I did was to install DBD::ODBC and connect to my
PostgreSQL database (which runs in a linux box) via ODBC.
