Greets Folks, I have a very general question that I hope someone can help me with...
I do webdesign, and I am currentl working on learning Perl to do datadriven sites using MyQL and Perl... I have a client who is a portrait artist, and I would like to try to set up her site as a datadriven site because she has a lot of painting, portraits, charcoal renderings, etc.. that could be archived (over time), as well as a good-sized following to attend to... I will probably have to use Image::Magick to get Perl to work with the images, but I am not sure of exactly how one would build such a site based upon an image archive. Does anyone have any tutorials they could refer me to for such a type of site? Prefabbed scripts? Direct advice? etc...?
