Help!
I have been getting this error upon installation of DBD-pg-1.01

I can't seem to figure this out. I am not running make test under root
nor did I run perl Makefile.PL or make under root.
I do not have a file named template1. DO I need to make 1.01 that? The
access to the pgsql in the pg_hba.conf file is:
local any trust
Any Ideas here?
