While trying to nmake DBD::ODBC 0.39, under Window 2000, I get the
following error:

Stop.
There is no '-Ob2' in Makefile.PL or Makefile, as far as I can see. Making
the makefile proceeded with no problems. I am running Perl 5.6.1 build 631.
