DBI installation problem.

Hi,

 I am trying to install DBI on AIX machine. I am using perl v.5.00503 . I was able to 
carry out "perl Makefile.PL" command, but when I do "make", the process hangs after a 
while, the last line says:
    "dbipport.h", line 43.43: 1506-342 (W) "/*" detected in comment.

Is this a problem with comment lines in dbipport.h ? What do I need to do to 
successfully install DBI package.
Any help will be very much appreciated.
