Any help greatly appreciated! I'm running Perl 5.00503 on a Solaris 2.6 machine.
I have Microsoft Access Databases that I wish to connect to, these live on the same UNIX machine. I've installed DBI-1.20 and have downloaded DBD::ODBC-0.28. I am getting a lot of conflicting advice on exactly what I do need to do now. Do I need to do anything special to the Access dbases? I think I need a Driver Manager and ODBC drivers, but I'm not really sure. I'm probably making it a little too complicated, any coherant advice welcome. Thankyou v.much Richard.
