I was having problems doing a 'make' on your module under
Solaris 8 using Perl 5.6.1 and GCC 3.0.3. I found out that GCC 2.95.3 works
fine. Just wanted to let you know if you get other users complaining about
DBI builds not working. I saw many on the DBI mailing lists with the same
problem. Below is the output of the error:

I saw some people on the email DBI group with the same issue and
responded to them letting them know what I did to fix the problem:

am running Solaris 8, Perl 5.6.1 (pkginst to /usr/local/bin), GCC 3.0.3
(pkginst to /usr/local/bin). I fixed the problem by uninstalling GCC 3.0.3
and re-installing GCC 2.95.3. Is there anyway of posting this fix for other
users that are having the same DBI build issues? I'm not on the DBI mailing
list. Thank you.
