I have DBI installed but when the DBA's try to use it they are getting this
error message

Can you tell me what to do?? I am a 'new' unix admin and have limited
knowledge at this time... I really don't know what this error means. I am
in the middle of configuring sendmail. Does this have something to do with
this error, that DBI isn't working?
