Actually, the PPD wasn't for me as much as for people who install
modules using PPM. If someone does a search or query using PPM, DBD-ADO
doesn't show. I need to write activestate a note to include this with
their bundle builds. Also, I'd considered write a quick "perl" install
that is included in the package. However, the simplest solution is a
PPD. Ilya usually maintains a "more" current copy of the latest DBI and
DBD::* modules on his site.

Before I released this version I did attempt to install it using pmake
(or was it dmake ... it was a few months ago), the perl make command. It
didn't work.
