Do you not have the DBI installed? If you do, you can just type
"perldoc DBI". This will give you the documentation for the DBI.
It, as with most CPAN modules with POD documentation, contains
an authors section at the bottom. Here it is:

Even if you don't have the DBI installed, you can get its POD off
of the web, from http://www.perldoc.com/ This web site collects
all Perl documentation and organizes it fairly usefully. You can find
the DBI documentation from the front page in many different ways, all of
which are fairly intuitive and self-explanatory. Here is a direct link
