Hello,
I have redhat linux 7.3 with mysql 3.23.49, and by default the load local
infile is disabled...
With mysql client I succeeded to use load local infile by either starting
the client with mysql --local-infile, either putting a line local-infile=1
in the client section of /etc/my.cnf...
the problem is I don't know how to do it with perl-DBI, that is I don't know
how to pass start parameters to the DBI mysql client
i tried
DBI->connect("DBI:mysql:database".";mysql_read_default_file=/etc/.my.cnf"
but it didn't work...
I spent 3 days looking for it on the internet and nothing constructive...
Can you please tell me what am I doing wrong?
I'm desperate!
