Ok, I've structured the current FAQ, only three main categories right now

DBI
DBD::Oracle
DBD::ODBC
DBD::Proxy and DBI::Proxyserver

These are the only ones that had some FAQs related to them.

As people contribute, they can add categories.

It would be good to add some structure (categories).

An obvious start might be

        DBI
                Installation
                Resources (mailing lists, links etc)
                Other
        DBD::foo
                Installation
                Getting connected
                Resources (mailing lists, links etc)
                Other
        DBD::bar
                Installation
                Getting connected
                Resources (mailing lists, links etc)
                Other

Over time as questions in the 'Other' category suggest possible new
categories they can be created (and those questions moved into it).
