I had that problem last week with the exception that I am using solaris. The sugestion that I was given is to modify the Makefile to point to the lib32 in ORACLE_HOME. I have not tried this yet (its a today project) but it makes sense.

While I had no problems creating the dbi module, I could not nmake the dbd module. I am on Oracle 9.2.0.0.0. I tried all the hints from the various readme files from '-nob' to 'static'. My oracle (home, sid, userid ...) and perl environment is working probably, but I am still getting a lot of unresolved external symbols. Please find the log attached, as described in the readme. What else can I do ?
