Adam,

Please read the DBI Faq about installing binary modules.  The best thing is
to use ppm on Windows.

See the DBI FAQ at www.xmlproj.com/cgi/fom.cgi for installing "private"
updates.

NOTE You must install both DBI and DBD::ODBC...
