Thanks for the reply. Is the timing a driver specific thing, or is this something that could go into the DBI POD ? When you say "Use recent DBD::Oracle version" is that a general comment, or does the answer apply to a particular version. We're currently on 1.03 which I know is pretty old, but then we're also using Oracle 7.3, which is even older :-)
