Dear List-
I have been using DBI with DBD-ODBC on a windows 2000 pro systems that's been serving
up web pages for two years.

I recently had a need to add an additional site, and I had to upgrade to 2000 server
in order to get the multi-site capability.

The windows 2000 pro installation has been performed 6 or 7 times over the last two
years to improve the workstation.

My problem is that I just can't bring up the configuration on the 2000 server machine.
My DSN in is place, DBI and DBD-ODBC verify. I downloaded the msi version of active
state version ActivePerl-5.6.1.633-MSWin32-x86.msi and then through PPM installed DBI
and DBD-ODBC. My system DSN is correct. The environmental variables are in order.
C:\Perl\bin is in the path statement.
The web browser returns the error DBI -> connect (FindAgent) failed:
FindAgent is my DSN name.

In my numerous attempts to get this going I notice when I had two hard drives C and D
active perl always wanted to install itself on the D drive so I had to change the
install directory. I thought this might have something to do with my problem so
uninstalled the D drive and reinstalled activestatePerl.

Any thoughts on what I might have overlooked or tried I would appreciate....thank you.
