It looks like you have multiple incompatible versions of DBI and
DBD-MySQL installed, and that they become mixed-up at run-time.

I am not familiar with Red Hat, but my guess would be that you need to
uninstall DBI-perl-bin-0.93-rh50.1 and mysql-DBI-perl-bin-1.825-1, and
maybe (if necessary) install upgraded versions that match the versions
you installed of perl-DBD-MySQL-2.1017-3 and perl-DBI-1.30-1.

Alternatively, uninstall all four packages, and recompile DBI and
DBD-MySQL yourself from source (obtainable from www.cpan.org).
