perl, v5.6.1 built for cygwin-multi

Using activestate perl everything goes well.
But when trying to install DBI/DBD-ODBC for cygwin perl I have a problem during the make test.
The variables DBI_* are defined with the value used with activestate perl
I got an error during the make test
