Try to do this :

1.- Execute PPM3 from your "Command Prompt"
2.- make a search e.g. "search dbi"

If this one doesn't return any record (or an error that can't comunicate
with ActiveState) then AOL should be using some proxy or firewall between
you and the Internet (please, consult your local AOL suppport staff). If
this is the case (that you need to setup a proxy) then look at your local
documentation that explain how to allow PPM3 the proxy use (it should be
in

)
