The only DBUtils I can find in CPAN is part of Bio::Genex. Where did you find DBUtils::Informix and DBUtils::Oracle? Looking at http://search.cpan.org/src/JASONS/Bio-Genex-2.6.0/README , it appears you have to re-install Bio::Genex when you change the backend.
