Hi If you are behind a firewall, you may need to set the following environment variables so that PPM will operate properly:
set HTTP_proxy=address:port [e.g. 192.0.0.1:8080] set HTTP_proxy_user=username set HTTP_proxy_pass=password set HTTP_proxy_agent=agent [e.g. "Mozilla/5.0"]
plz let me know it's work properly or not....

Rep desc 2 Warning: 404 Not Found Describing Active Repository 2: Name: ActiveState Package Repository Location: http://ppm.ActiveState.com/PPM/ppmserver-5.8-windows.plex?urn:/PPM/Serve r/SQL Type: unsupported
I am behind firewall so I have set the HTTP_PROXY variable to my proxy server. Can somebody give me suggestions to get around this issue.
