Jungian Synchronicity? It's not just a funny thing, it's downright _weird_ sometimes.
I don't get it.

Tim (or anyone else who knows), I'm wondering if you have plans to create a 2nd edition to 'Programming the Perl DBI'? It's been over 3 years since the 1st edition - I for one would like to see a 2nd edition.
Synchronisity is a funny thing... I signed the contract for the 2nd edition today.
Jeff Zucker, of DBD::AnyData and SQL::Statement fame, will be co-authoring this edition with me.
Maybe, just maybe, it'll be available by next OSCON...
On an almost (but not quite) completely unrelated subject, last night I wrote myself some notes to ask about why the database integrity scheme described by C J Date includes domains, attributes, tables and databases but not tuples. Later in the evening, I look at the Database Debunkings web site (http://www.dbdebunk.com) and find that there's some new material, including "On R-Table Single-Row Constraints and Data Types" which covers exactly this question.
More of the same - synchronicity works!
